Turn off Notifications ("You have a virus!")

We often get end-users that tell us their computer is infected with a virus. They are getting notifications that they need to install a virus protections software. Most of the time, what's really happened is you've given some website "notification rights" and they are trying to sell you a  virus protection program.  Here is an article from Microsoft on how to turn that off.
