Viewing Test Calendars and Adding to Calendar View
Viewing Test Calendars and Adding to Calendar View
OPTION 1:
Accessing Test Calendars on Office.com website
NOTE: This method works whether you use old or new outlook.
I find it easier to use in the Outlook Program (see instructions below) However, sometimes it is convenient to get them online.
The short text version is
Login to office.com
Click on outlook
Right-click on the word ‘folders’
Click ‘add public folder to favorites’
Select the calendar you want to see
Click the star to the left of ‘add to favorites’
Now click the calendar icon and you should see that calendar in your list.
OPTION 2:
Accessing Folder view Desktop Outlook (the program, not website)
NOTE: this only works on "old" outlook
On the left side of outlook click on "more apps" button
Click "folders"
Scroll down to "Public folders" and expand that list
click on "all public folders" to expand that list.
Adding All Calendars or Specific Calendars for Quick Access in Calendar View
You can add the Test Calendar folder to your favorites or specific Calendars by right clicking and selecting Add to Favorites from the context menu that appears. Doing so causes the calendars to be available when you select calendar view in Outlook.
