Viewing Test Calendars and Adding to Calendar View
OPTION 1:
Accessing Test Calendars on Office.com website or the “new outlook”
NOTE: This method works whether you use old or new outlook.
The short text version is LOGIN TO outlook.com or open open “Outlook (new)” program from the start bar.
Right-click on your email address
Click “Add public folder to Favorites”
A menu will open to the right.Click on “All Public Folders” to make it drop down.
Click on the division you need to expand it.
Click the name of the calendar you want to add
Click “Add Public Folder” (at the top of the page)
Close this sub-window
on the left click on the Calendar icon
On the left, you might have to click “Show all”
Scroll down and click on the Calendar you want to see.
NOTE: You might have to close the browser/program and reopen for the calendar to show up.
