Viewing Test Calendars and Adding to Calendar View





OPTION 1:
Accessing Test Calendars on Office.com website or the “new outlook”

NOTE: This method works whether you use old or new outlook. 

The short text version is LOGIN TO outlook.com or open open “Outlook (new)” program from the start bar.

  1. Right-click on your email address

  2. Click “Add public folder to Favorites”
    A menu will open to the right.

  3. Click on “All Public Folders” to make it drop down.

  4. Click on the division you need to expand it.

  5. Click the name of the calendar you want to add

  6. Click “Add Public Folder” (at the top of the page)

  7. Close this sub-window

  8. on the left click on the Calendar icon

  9. On the left, you might have to click “Show all”

  10. Scroll down and click on the Calendar you want to see.

  11. NOTE: You might have to close the browser/program and reopen for the calendar to show up.



OPTION 2:

Accessing Folder view Desktop “Outlook (Classic)”

On the left side of outlook click on "more apps" button

Click "folders"

Scroll down to "Public folders" and expand that list

click on "all public folders" to expand that list. 

Adding All Calendars or Specific Calendars for Quick Access in Calendar View

You can add the Test Calendar folder to your favorites or specific Calendars by right clicking and selecting Add to Favorites from the context menu that appears.  Doing so causes the calendars to be available when you select calendar view in Outlook.
