Scheduling Resources - Scheduling Rooms

Do the following to schedule a resource, such as a room or lab, in Outlook

  1. Create a new meeting
  2. Near the location field there will be a button called Rooms... click that
  3. Select the room you wish to schedule
  4. Invite any additional attendees
  5. Send the invitation

Alternatively the scheduling assistant may be used.  This interface will show you any times that may already be scheduled for the room.  To add attendees and select a room use the appropriate buttons on the left.
