The question we get a lot is “who do I contact for this issue/plan/question”. This is not an exhaustive list, but we’ll try to list some of the most important.

 

 

 

 

 

  • I would like my fob to work on a door or time that it doesn’t currently work in

  • I would like to schedule the doors to open for an event.

  • My electrical plug doesn’t work in my room/office.

  • There’s a plumbing issue

  • There’s a lighting issue.

  • This door won’t close.
