Do not add unapproved paper to the Xerox Machines
There are different brands/types/sizes/colors/weights of paper, but they are not always a good option for our Xerox machine paper trays. Near every xerox machine on campus there is specially ordered Plain White 8.5x11 inch paper that gets continuously delivered and typically this is the ONLY type of paper that should be going inside of Trays 1 through 4. If there is no Plain White 8.5x11 inch paper in or around the Xerox machine then please contact the Maintenance and Grounds Department to request additional paper to be delivered.
If you would like to use any other brands, types, sizes, colors, or different weights of paper inside of our Xerox machines then you must familiarize yourself with THIS article before doing so. Thank you for your cooperation.
